We recommend the products of our partner Allianz Travel Insurance so that you can get compensation for possible financial losses in the event of cancellation or interruption of your vacation due to illness, accident or unemployment - also within the family.
We have adjusted the free cancellation periods:
up to 2 days before arrival! (Except carnival, Christmas market, Christmas/New Year's Eve/New Year's Day).
Cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
31 days before the day of arrival in the travel period:
Carnival week 09.02.24 - 18.02.24 (departure)
Christmas market 28.11.24 - 15.12.24 (Thu-Sun)
New Year 21.12.24 - 06.01.25 (departure)
and following years
Cancellation fee after expiry of the free period - 50%, in case of no-show 100% of the total arrangement price.
